We’re FIST, Newcastle’s alt-punk spark-plugs. Since 2023 we’ve played 80+ shows, stormed the stage at festivals like Fastlane, Hellnation III, Munk & Petal, and Sydney Streets, and become regulars at venues from Newcastle's King Street to Brisbane’s Brightside, Canberra’s Baso, and Sydney's Crowbar.
