Melbourne based Psych Rockers Empirical Prey have released their ambitious new single and music video called ‘Hypnotise’, which was premiered via Rock Lives Here. The single focuses on embracing your inner child and was inspired by a hypnosis session
that lead singer Cail Baroni attended. The music video features animation from acclaimed graphic designer Beeple, who has worked on concert visuals for the likes of Justin Bieber,
Eminem, Katy Perry and many more. Empirical Prey create an anthemic brand of music that is truly epic. The band is made up
of a collection of seasoned musicians from an eclectic range of sonic backgrounds, including past members of Electric Hippies, Moon and Diesel. Empirical Prey debuted in 2019 with the release of their single ‘The Tyrant’. They have since wowed audiences across Melbourne with their explosive live shows. The band recently headed into the studio to record their debut album, which is set for
release later in the year.
